PILOXING

Piloxing is a group exercise class that blends Pilates, boxing and dance. It's a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements.

 

ZUMBA

Zumba achieves the perfect balance of a progressive core workout, full-body cardio and strength training, and a stress-relieving, energy-producing fitness experience. 

 

BODY BURN

This class uses a variety of free weights, bands, and body weight exercises to challenge you and increase your heart rate. You will leave feeling the burn! burning! 

 

TFC HIIT

This killer class uses body weight exercises to help you get the most out of your workout!  HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, allows you to push yourself in short spurts with active recovery.  This class will definitely help you burn calories and build muscle!  All classes are adaptable for all levels!

 

POP PILATES

POP Pilates® is where strength meets flexibility. Think highly-focused movements that leave your body toned and transformed. This isn’t your average workout. It's a dance on the mat.

 

RAISEDBARRE

Raisedbarre is not just for individuals with a ballet background. And unlike other barre programs, Raisedbarre strikes the perfect balance between hard work and fun in a structured, full-body workout. Come grab the barre!!

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle Yoga is a calming, therapeutic practice that soothes the nervous system and releases physical and mental tension. This class is perfect for beginners and a wonderful complement for more experienced practitioners. It can help heal the effects of chronic stress and fatigue and aid in navigating anxiety and change.

DIRTY 30

Come move your hips and break a sweat with us in this upbeat class! This class mixes fun dance steps with body weight and free weight exercises for quick bursts of time. When class starts, it's go time!  30 minutes of all our work!

 

HOUSE PARTY DANCE

Welcome to cardio hip-hop with a twist! Not only is House Party Fitness® a bass bumping and heart pumping cardio dance, it blends intervals of resistance training to sculpt and BUILD muscles! Change your body all while having fun! It doesn't matter your dance experience or your fitness level, you just find your style all while improving your health! HPF is high energy, but it is for all levels.  Old school or new, come and join the party! 

 

STRETCH THERAPY

This class incorporates all the things you love about yoga.  Enjoy calming your mind and body after a long, hard week.  Stretch Therapy will help you relax your muscles to prevent injury and prepare your body for more.

 

BUTTS & GUTTS

The name says it all! We focus on our lower body and ABs in this torcher of a workout. This class targets glutes, hamstrings, out thighs and inner thighs while mixing in core work. Come feel the burn!

 

BODY STRONG

This class incorporates kettlebells and free weights to optimize your muscle burn.  You will be pushed to lift heavier and be strong in this full body workout. Come see why we call it body strong!

 

SHINE BOOTCAMP

Join us bright and early for a full body workout!  We use kettlebells, free weights, and body weight to help you burn those calories before most people are out of bed!

TABATA

Tabata is a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do eight rounds of 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. You can do anything for 20 seconds, right?!?

 

24/7 WEIGHT ROOM

In addition to our group fitness classes, we also have a 24 hour weight room, equipped with cardio equipment, cable machine, squat rack, bench press, leg and arm machines, as well as free weights.

The weight room is included in our memberships and is accessed by a key fob.
