About Us

The Fitness Center of Easley was founded in 2018 by Rachel Kaskin Sheriff.  The Fitness Center is dedicated to providing a community where all feel welcome to work out and meet their fitness goals.

The Fitness Center is open 24 hours with a full weight room and cardio equipment.  It also offers a variety of group fitness classes,  personal training, and health coaching.

Rachel started her career in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor after spending the majority of her life playing sports.  After a few years as an instructor, Rachel became a certified personal trainer.  Soon she realized that she wanted to provide a place where people could not only work out but also become a community.

Come join the family!!!

Rachel Sheriff

Rachel lives in the Powdersville area with her husband and dog. While she has always loved sports and kept active, she has also struggled with finding her healthy weight. After college, she became a spin instructor and fell in love with group fitness. After years of being an instructor, Rachel realized she enjoyed connecting with people individually and earned her Personal Trainer and Health Coaching certification.  Opening TFC has truly been a dream come true!

Crystal Humphrey

Crystal lives in Easley with her husband and two children. She loves teaching dance fitness and has been certified for eight years and it just keeps getting better!  She started her journey at 200 plus pounds and credits her weight loss to dance!  She loves connecting with so many different people and watching members become like family. Join her for an hour of fun where you can forget about your day and just DANCE!

Sherrie Wald

Sherrie is 40 years young and started her group fitness journey 8 years ago weighing in at 240lbs. She took a ZUMBA class and instantly fell in love... Come Dance with her and start the week surrounding yourself with Latin Rhythms and find yourself sweating smiling and wanting more!

Judy Dean

Judy began her Yoga journey long before getting her 200 hour Yoga certification. After years of seeing the difference Yoga made in her personal life, she decided to become an instructor to share the same benefits with others. Judy’s motivation is seeing the immense difference Yoga can make in your life. She has been teaching Yoga & mat Pilates for over 10 years, and has taught all levels of Yoga in addition to group fitness. Judy’s favorite Yoga style is a gentle flow making it accessible to everyone. When she is not on her mat she enjoys time with her husband, Boston Terriers, enjoying the outdoors, playing tennis & bike riding.

Elizabeth Stansell

Currently residing in Powdersville with her husband, son, and dog, Elizabeth has lived in the Upstate for most of her life. She teaches full-time in the English department at Clemson University, but when she's not in the classroom and doesn't have her head in a book, she's likely practicing yoga, weight training, or running. Having taught a weekly kettle bell fitness class at her former gym for the last six years, she is passionate about encouraging people-- particularly women-- to realize and be empowered by their own physical (and mental) strength.
